Dabang is one of South Korea’s leading real estate platforms, enabling users to easily search, compare, and contact agents for a wide range of properties, including apartments and studio units.
Overview
Dabang Sign is a service that enables brokerage and contract processes - traditionally handled offline - to be completed remotely within the existing Dabang app.
As a newly introduced service, it was designed to stand out more clearly than standard property listings, while carefully maintaining consistency with Dabang’s overall tone and manner.
Challenges
There was a need to build trust in the newly introduced remote contract service while structuring information so users could easily understand key details at a glance.

Integrated the remote contract flow into the existing Dabang app
Enabled brokerage and contract processes to be completed remotely within a familiar user experience.

Visually distinguished Dabang Sign from standard listings
Applied dedicated UI elements to clearly differentiate the service while maintaining overall brand consistency.

Strengthened trust through real user inquiry data
Surfaced property views and inquiry metrics at key decision points to demonstrate active usage and encourage user engagement.
